It is a special joy, as the Foundation for Child “Pammakaristos” joins the family of AP Bus & Coach Hellas, upon receipt of a brand new 35-seater OTOKAR NAVIGO T MEGA sponsorship of Stavros Niarchos Foundation.

The vehicle was delivered to the President of the Board of Directors Mr. Nikolaos Roussos presence of the management team of “Stavros Niarchos” foundation, from Mr. Nikitas Kardasis General Manager & Mrs. Penny Pitta Head of finance of the company.

The Sanctification of the vehicle was performed by the Most Reverend Exarch of Hellenic Catholics, Emmanuel Nin, and the ceremony was accompanied by the Reverend Sister of the Holy Monastery of Pammakaristos Theotokos Dorothea, the President of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Child "PAMAKARISTOS" Mr. Nikolaos Roussos, the Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Filippos Devendzis, the Mental Health Consultant - Special Management & Development Consultant of the Foundation Ms. Kyriaki – Iulia Stavridou, executives of the supplier company of the new vehicle Bus & Coach Hellas, employees and beneficiaries of the Foundation.

The modest ceremony was graced with the local community’s presence∙ from the Municipality of Marathon - Nea Makri the Mayor, Mr. Stergios Tsirkas and from the Municipality of Rafina - Pikermi, the Deputy Mayor of Health and Welfare, Mr. Gerasimos Voudouris.

The Foundation for Child “Pammakaristos” is an N.P.I.D., non-profit charity, which offers special education and welfare services to children and young people with autism, mental disabilities and other social deficits, since 1978. Today it serves more than 120 children and young people who, in addition to social and/or learning difficulties, also have to face the challenges of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and mental disability.

The “Stavros Niarchos” foundation (SNF) as a constant supporter and Major Donor of the Foundation for Child "PAMMAKARISTOS", contributes to the Foundation’s sustainability. More specifically, apart from the supply of the new bus, the SNF contributed to old building structures being adapted to the existing KDIF (Day Care Center) according to modern specifications, extremely important for the long-term financial viability of the Foundation.
